Make a Film, Make a Difference<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A short film is defined as an original motion picture that has a running time, including all credits. <\/strong>This Competition aims to gather cinematic perspectives from around the world on a current social issue or idea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participants may create a piece of fiction, a documentary, a community-service announcement or a music clip (be sure to adhere to copyright rules!). Submitted films can be animated or live-action \u2013 funny or serious.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Most often discussed are directing, acting, plot, and cinematography. More general criteria include depth of thinking, emotional impact, authenticity in relation to what is being depicted, wit or cleverness of the writing, and originality. Background information to provide context.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Categories for Film\/Video:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Drama Short Film<\/li>
  2. Comedy Short Film<\/li>
  3. Horror Short Film<\/li>
  4. Sci-Fi Short Film<\/li>
  5. Animated Short Film<\/li>
  6. Experimental Short Film<\/li>
  7. Documentary Short Film<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Instructions for Participants:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. All films\/Videos must be made specifically for the 1-Minute(60 Sec). Each film\/Video must be no longer than 60 seconds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2.Opening and\/or closing credits are required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3.Films\/Videos may be in any language or have no dialogue at all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4. No Entry Fee, and is open for all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    5. Participants can submit only one video\/Film on any Category.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    6. Upload only 15 MB file size of video\/Film.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    7. Competition is in online mode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    8. Candidate can participate Individual only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    9. All the participants will get participation E-certificate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    10. Winners and Runner will be awarded with trophy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
